Training

Equestrian Arts Institute training programs are very unique in that they are completely customized to the individual horse. Each owner will have a verbal evaluation as to what their short-term and long-term goals are for their equine partners. Then the horse will be evaluated to assess their current knowledge and a training plan will be laid out. Once evaluated the horse will be put into a grade level that supports the knowledge level of the horse.. Our grade levels are similar to those that you would find in traditional public school (Pre-K through 12 grade)

Lessons
Equestrian Arts Institute offers many exciting opportunities for students. Everything from basic introductory courses to advanced courses; the opportunity to become a part of EAI’s Eventing Team; and other specialized courses/workshops. We start with a verbal evaluation to find out more about what your goals and desires are. Then you are given a tour of the school, introduced to the staff, and to the staff horses. Next, we set-up a riding evaluation date. The evaluation is for the purpose of selecting the right horse(s) and class. If you are planning on set-up a riding evaluation date. The evaluation is for the purpose of selecting the right horse(s) and class. If you are planning on bringing your own horse, he/she will also need to be evaluated. After all evaluations and selections have been completed, you will be informed of your riding level and your start date. Each student is placed into a grade level reflecting their riding skill. Students are evaluated on a regular basis to assess whether they are ready to graduate to the next grade level or whether they need to stay in their current grade level in order to fine tune certain weaknesses.
